Customer Insight Analyst (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

Lloyds Banking Group is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join the Customer Analytics team on a 12‑month fixed‑term secondment. Embedded within the Colleague Channels Experience Design squad, you will translate deep customer behaviour data into actionable insights that shape product and service design.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses on the Group’s customer data to identify and quantify the impact of design changes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to product, design and research teams, ensuring insights are central to decision‑making.
• Act as a data champion, establishing guidelines and educating creative partners on the use of data in the design process.
• Collaborate closely with user researchers to validate qualitative hypotheses with quantitative evidence.
• Own and prioritise your analytical backlog, aligning work with core design initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects independently within a product area.
• Strong track record of delivering insights that influence product or service design.
