Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Responsive Personnel is seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Client Services Advisor to join a fast‑paced operational team. You will act as the key link between clients and internal departments, supporting fulfilment, co‑packing and production activities from onboarding through day‑to‑day delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling email, phone and system communications.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients from sales hand‑over through go‑live, configuring data in Mintsoft and Nulogy.
• Raise and manage works orders, fulfilment requests and monitor stock movements, order progress and operational timelines.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production and Transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and promptly escalate risks or delays.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, rate cards and support billing accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client services, customer service, account management or operational support.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and collaborative team approach.
