About the Role
Join XPS Group, a leading UK-based consultancy specializing in pensions and insurance, as a Customer Service Advisor within our dedicated Member Connect team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver first-class service in a dynamic, professional environment located in Middlesbrough.
Main Missions
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing professional and efficient assistance to clients.
- Analyze and understand client needs to propose tailored and accurate solutions.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and data within our centralized database.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence to uphold the company's reputation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working in a contact center or a customer-facing service role.
- Minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 in both English and Mathematics.
- Ability to pass mandatory NPPV security clearances.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (ideal).
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
