D365 Account Manager – Remote – up to £45k

About the role

We are seeking a D365 Account Manager to join a leading Microsoft Partner consultancy. Working remotely, you will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of Dynamics 365 customers, helping them maximise the value of their investment and driving growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned D365 customers.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, enhancements, and additional support services.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support renewals, account expansion and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate account plans, customer records and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer accounts within a D365, ERP, CRM or technology consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
