D365 Manufacturing BC Functional Consultant – Sponsorship (UK)

About the role

The role is for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant specialising in manufacturing. You will join a Microsoft Partner’s delivery team, working remotely from the UK while supporting client projects across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central for manufacturing clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops, capture business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide user training, support go‑live activities and post‑implementation support.
• Assist with upgrades from legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environments to Business Central.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Proven delivery experience within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes and ERP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
