Data Coordinator – Manufacturing

About the role

The Process Lead (Data Coordinator) is responsible for the Daily Management System (DMS) processes, using structured problem‑solving techniques to build employee skills and reduce losses. The role works closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead to recommend actions that prevent or reduce losses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Centre Line Management System and Changeover DMS for production lines, driving performance and efficiency.
• Identify equipment and process gaps through health checks, data analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Equipment Owners, Line Leads and site teams to share knowledge, coach best practices and build operational capability.
• Eliminate machine losses, optimise changeover procedures and enhance daily line performance.
• Analyse machine data, implement countermeasures and evolve data capture and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of process control and an inquisitive approach to problem‑solving.
• Effective communication, interpersonal collaboration and coaching skills.
• Hands‑on experience training others, using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools, and driving change through initiative.
• Passion for continuous learning, personal growth and role‑modelling KP values.
