Dedicated Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care Specialist

Main Missions

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support tailored to the specific needs of the client.
• Assist with daily living activities for individuals presenting complex conditions such as non-verbal learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and PICA.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the client's dignity and independence are prioritized at all times.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Registered Nurse to ensure continuity and the highest standards of clinical care.

Candidate Profile

• Compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
• Ability to provide specialized support for complex needs, including neurological and behavioral challenges.
• Reliable, patient, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable.
