Delivery Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Administrator to join Kaplan’s Delivery team in London. The role provides essential administrative and logistical support to ensure assessments are delivered securely and on time, contributing to the integrity of the assessment process. You will work closely with the assessment delivery team to maintain operational excellence and support the smooth flow of materials from order to candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify all supporting assessment documentation.
• Order assessment materials and equipment as required.
• Assist with packing activities and coordinate couriers for transport of materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.

Required profile

• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
