Deputy Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Join Aldi’s dynamic team in Manchester as a Deputy Manager, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be instrumental in keeping the store running smoothly and achieving its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Control costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Take full charge of the store in the absence of senior managers.
• Order stock, manage inventory, and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Train and develop team members to meet service and sales goals.
• Monitor and achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
