DevOps Engineer (Azure, CI/CD)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate the infrastructure that powers CMap’s SaaS platform. Reporting to the IT & Infrastructure Director and working closely with the engineering team, you will own the Azure environment from the ground up and ensure it remains fast, reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test and deployment processes to improve speed and reliability.
• Integrate code quality and security tools such as SonarCloud, Snyk and WhiteSource.
• Manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Keep development, test and production environments consistent and well‑provisioned.
• Implement observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• Set up alerting, runbooks and escalation processes.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to support a great customer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or ARM).
• Familiarity with Docker containerisation and Git version control.
