DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing FinTech scale‑up that needs a skilled DevOps Engineer to help design, build and maintain a secure, scalable AWS cloud environment. You will own the automation pipeline, improve platform reliability and support the team as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Handle AWS networking, identity and access controls.
• Provision and manage resources with Terraform following Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles.
• Monitor and enhance platform security, performance, reliability and resilience.
• Support and optimise MongoDB environments.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EC2 and Lambda.
• Extensive experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of integrating security tools like SIEM and DLP solutions.
