Digital Account Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing technology solutions provider, is seeking a Digital Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of 40‑60 customer accounts. You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to identify IT projects, propose tailored solutions and guide deals from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of 40‑60 customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their technology needs.
• Identify upcoming IT projects and commercial opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and account plans.
• Cross‑sell additional technology solutions and services.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit and activity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT sales, internal account management or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a proactive approach to opportunity identification.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities.
• Motivated by targets, progression and delivering excellent customer service.
