Digital Account Manager – Remote (West Midlands)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and deliver high‑impact digital marketing solutions. The role is fully remote, but you should be able to travel to the West Midlands for quarterly team gatherings. You will act as the main point of contact, building trusted relationships and helping clients grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Lead onboarding, regular check‑ins, and performance review meetings.
• Collaborate with internal PPC, SEO, Social and Web teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Report campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and propose upsell ideas.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within digital marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
• Comfortable travelling to the West Midlands for occasional in‑person events.
