Dior Ambassador – Beauty Consultant

About the role

Join the House of Dreams as a Dior Ambassador, representing the iconic French luxury brand within the John Lewis store in Kingston. You will deliver unforgettable client experiences, embody Dior’s values, and drive sales of our beauty portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper for Dior beauty products.
• Identify client needs, propose personalized offers, and cross‑sell complementary items.
• Maintain client relationships through CRM and clienteling tools, registering data and ensuring follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
• Apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock levels, and replenish displays as needed.
• Operate cash registers, handle daily revenue closing, and perform assigned administrative tasks.
• Uphold Dior grooming standards and respect retailer policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable client interactions.
