Director of Investor Relations

About the role

OneAdvanced is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to shape and deliver the company’s equity narrative to investors, lenders, the Board and senior leadership. This senior finance role blends strategic storytelling, executive reporting and close partnership with the CFO and CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the equity and performance narrative aligned with growth, profitability and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex SaaS and commercial performance metrics into clear, concise executive‑level communication.
• Support the CFO and CEO in investor, lender and shareholder engagement activities.
• Lead the preparation of high‑quality Board reports, investor packs, lender updates and Executive Committee materials.
• Own quarterly forecasting, re‑forecasting and KPI dashboard development.
• Drive reporting quality, clarity and consistency across the organisation.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial and Strategy teams to synthesize performance insights and support decision‑making.
• Benchmark business performance against SaaS peers and act as a strategic extension of the CFO office.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic finance or FP&A within high‑growth, PE‑backed SaaS or technology businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to boards and investors.
• Ability to work both at a detailed analytical level and at a strategic, big‑picture perspective.
