Director of Product – AI Governance Platform

About the role

Holistic AI is seeking a Director of Product to shape and execute the product strategy for its enterprise AI governance and assurance platform. You will own the end‑to‑end product direction, align engineering and go‑to‑market teams, and build a scalable roadmap that delivers measurable customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the core AI governance platform.
• Translate complex enterprise customer needs into clear product priorities and discovery initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Pre‑Sales, Field Deployment and Sales to align discovery, prioritisation, delivery and adoption.
• Make prioritisation decisions balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, technical complexity and engineering capacity.
• Set product success metrics and use feedback, market insight and data to guide future priorities.
• Establish product processes that support scaling without adding bureaucracy.
• Build, mentor and develop the product team as the organisation grows.

Required profile

• Significant product leadership experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmap in close partnership with engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate market and customer needs into product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Experience in a scaling organisation where processes and product capabilities are evolving.
• Collaborative leadership style that unites cross‑functional teams around a common direction.
