Vision Express in Luton is seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join a dynamic team where clinical expertise meets premium eyewear and cutting‑edge med‑tech. You will work closely with optometrists and store colleagues to deliver a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert dispensing advice tailored to each customer's visual and lifestyle needs.
• Recommend frames, lenses and optical solutions with confidence and professionalism.
• Support customers throughout their eyewear journey, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
• Collaborate with optometrists and store staff to achieve outstanding clinical and retail outcomes.
• Utilise the latest optical technology to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Qualified and GOC‑registered Dispensing Optician.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and clinical excellence.
• Confident in recommending premium eyewear and lens solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Positive team player with a customer‑first mindset.
