Door to Door Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for energetic Door‑to‑Door Field Sales Executives to represent Charity Link and promote leading UK charities. You will engage members of the public face‑to‑face, explain the impact of regular donations and secure ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Approach households and public venues within assigned territories.
• Present the mission and programmes of partner charities in a clear, compelling manner.
• Obtain signed agreements for regular donations or sponsorships.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and donations using the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to overall fundraising goals.

• Confident, resilient and comfortable speaking to strangers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
