About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with welcoming primary schools across South Liverpool to offer Early Career Teacher (ECT) roles starting in September, with additional opportunities for Summer 2026. These positions are designed for newly qualified teachers seeking a supportive environment to begin their teaching journey.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
A flexible and proactive approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
