About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking newly qualified Early Careers Teachers for primary supply work in Bury. You can choose daily assignments across different year groups or longer‑term placements that allow you to stay with the same class and school.
Key responsibilities
- Step confidently into different primary classrooms.
- Follow lesson plans and school expectations.
- Establish positive relationships quickly.
- Manage behaviour appropriately.
- Support pupils across a range of abilities.
- Adapt to different school environments.
- Work professionally with teachers and support staff.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility for QTS.
- Primary teaching experience, including placement weeks.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive approach to classroom management.
- Flexibility and reliability.
