Electrical Contracts Manager – MEP Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale MEP projects across commercial, healthcare, life‑science and residential sectors. You will own electrical contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of electrical contracts, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead procurement of plant, materials and subcontractor packages for complex MEP projects.
• Oversee project teams, labour resources and subcontractor coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance, report progress and act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the MEP/building services sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, subcontractor management and project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
