Employment Associate (2-4 years PQE)

About the role
AJ Chambers is seeking a motivated Employment Associate to join its growing Employment Law team in London. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients, including companies, family offices, partnerships and senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and representation on employment matters for corporate (employer) and individual (employee) clients.
- Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and procedural documents.
- Manage investigations and disciplinary processes, where required.
- Support senior partners on complex disputes, hearings and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience in Employment Law.
- Experience handling both corporate (employer) and individual (claimant) matters.
- Strong academic background and excellent people skills.
- Enthusiasm for delivering high‑quality client service.
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
- Ability to conduct investigations and manage related documentation.
