Employment Solicitor – 2+ PQE, London

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor to join a nationally recognised employment practice in London. You will work alongside an experienced partner, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious matters for employer clients ranging from SMEs to multinationals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employment tribunal litigation and advisory matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle restrictive covenant disputes, TUPE transfers, restructures, senior exits, and contract drafting.
• Develop and review employment policies and support corporate transactions.
• Maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in a reputable firm.
• Proven experience in managing employment matters, both advisory and litigation.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused approach to advising employer clients.
