Employment Solicitor – Remote, 4+ years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding niche employment law practice. Working fully remotely, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and handle both contentious and non‑contentious matters for individuals and employers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full spectrum of employment law cases, including claimants and respondents.
• Provide expert advice on contractual, disciplinary and discrimination issues.
• Convert hot leads into client engagements, ensuring a minimum of 25 chargeable hours per week.
• Collaborate with support staff for billing, engagement letters and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Strong communicator with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in either pure employment law or a mix of employment and litigation work.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Ability to handle both claimant and respondent matters.
