Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to clients on complex employment tax matters and global mobility.

• Help shape service offerings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in employment tax, preferably with exposure to global mobility.
• CTA qualification (or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle complex advisory work.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for developing others and leading high‑performing teams.
