About the role
Canva is looking for a French‑speaking Enterprise Admin Support Specialist to join its London‑based customer support team. You will act as a case manager for our most strategic enterprise customers, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize enterprise support tickets covering account administration, feature functionality, and platform configuration.
- Troubleshoot standard support issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and follow established workflows, escalating when necessary.
- Conduct scheduled calls with administrators to guide issue resolution, demonstrate best practices, and provide timely follow‑up.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams during onboarding and escalations, delivering technical and back‑office assistance.
- Maintain documentation of processes and contribute to continuous improvement of support operations.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering high‑quality support.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with enterprise account administration and platform configuration.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and standard troubleshooting methodologies.
