This is an entry‑level opportunity for a confident phone professional who thrives in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment. You will join Recruitment People’s specialist teams and receive full coaching to develop a long‑term career in recruitment consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing client organisations.
• Source high‑demand candidates through high‑volume outbound calling and headhunting techniques.
• Manage the interview process, negotiate offers and close placements.
• Operate within a competitive sales setting alongside ambitious high performers.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone communication skills and a confident, persuasive style.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resilient work ethic with a desire to progress quickly.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and industry knowledge.

What we offer

• £28,000 base salary with realistic OTE of £50,000‑£60,000 in the first year.
