As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant you will work with high‑growth SaaS businesses, global technology consultancies and enterprise organisations across the UK and Europe, supporting their talent acquisition needs.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for open vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Conducting market mapping and hunting new business opportunities.
• Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing and updating your candidate database.
• Developing subject‑matter expertise within your specialist sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive, ambitious and resilient mindset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Open to varied experience – we value potential and transferable skills.
