Entry-Level Sales Assistant – Full Training

About the role

This is a full‑time, entry‑level Sales Assistant position based in central London. No prior sales experience is required – the client provides comprehensive training and ongoing support from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers face‑to‑face at retail pop‑ups, promotional events and other on‑site settings.
• Understand customer needs, answer queries and present the client’s services in an engaging manner.
• Build rapport, support customer acquisition and contribute to brand awareness.
• Earn a brand awareness fee for each full day worked, plus commission and performance incentives.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Full‑time availability (4–5 days per week).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player mindset and solid work ethic.
• Previous customer‑facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not mandatory.
