About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO of Subscription Services in Chiswick, West London. This high‑impact position requires discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for all CEO‑related matters and manage a complex, global calendar.
  • Prepare high‑quality briefings, presentations, reports and draft communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Develop relationships with Board members, senior leadership and external partners, acting as an effective gatekeeper.
  • Coordinate across international teams, manage strategic initiatives, and track deliverables.
  • Organise complex international travel, visas, itineraries, high‑profile meetings, events and off‑sites.

Required profile

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or C‑suite executive in a global organisation.
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
