Experienced Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established independent estate agency that specialises in residential lettings and property management across North and North West London. The role offers a chance to develop a long‑term career in a busy, customer‑focused environment, handling tenant registrations, viewings and tenancy negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Match applicants with suitable properties and negotiate tenancy terms.
• Progress agreed lets through to move‑in.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure landlord instructions.
• Follow up enquiries from property portals, phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support property marketing.
• Stay up to date with lettings legislation and industry best practice.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, confident manner and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• CRM (customer relationship management) system proficiency.
