EYFS Teacher – Early Years Role in Bury Primary School

About the role

We are partnering with a warm, inclusive primary school in Bury to recruit an EYFS Teacher starting September 2026. The school prides itself on a strong Early Years provision that nurtures curiosity, independence and a love of learning from the very first day.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative EYFS lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Support children’s social, emotional and academic development through play‑based learning.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment.
• Use assessment data to plan next steps and monitor individual progress.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to enhance pupil outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in, or a strong interest in, EYFS teaching.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Enthusiastic, caring and committed to high‑quality early years education.
