About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join our Manchester team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of private family law matters, delivering high‑quality client service in a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and TOLATA issues.
• Provide clear, compassionate advice to clients throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements, draft court documents and represent clients at hearings.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure best practice and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+).
• Proven experience handling private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and private children work.
• Strong client‑focused attitude with a warm, approachable personality.
