Female Care Assistant – Full‑time, South Manchester

About the role

Be the reason someone's day starts and ends well! This full‑time permanent position pays £12.75 per hour and supports clients in South Manchester. The role is open to female applicants only and involves walking visits to clients' homes.

Key responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their personal outcomes, working with families and professionals.
• Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice.
• Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches.
• Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices and preferences.
• Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
• Help people stay connected to their community, accessing local services and support.

Required profile

• Naturally caring, kind and reliable.
• Previous experience caring for a family member or friend.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shift patterns.
• Ability to walk between client homes (no car required).
