Female Care Assistants – Multiple Leeds Locations

About the role

If you’re the neighbour who checks in, supports a relative or always lends a hand, you already have the skills that matter. At Be Caring Leeds you’ll use patience, empathy and reliability to help people stay independent at home.

Key responsibilities

• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain independence.
• Provide safe, dignified personal care.
• Work in partnership with families and health professionals.
• Record and share information accurately.
• Help clients stay connected with their community and everyday life.

Required profile

• Female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
• Caring, dependable and people‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible early, late and weekend shifts.

What we offer

• Shift pay – £12.75 / hr for walkers, £13.30 / hr for drivers.
• Mileage reimbursement at 50p / mile for drivers.
• Part‑time and full‑time hours with a two‑week rotating roster.
