Field Sales Representative – Red Bull QSR (Greater Manchester West)

About the role

Join Acosta Europe as a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in Greater Manchester West. You will own a defined territory, build strong in‑store relationships and drive the brand’s visibility and sales across key retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution, securing secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insights to prioritise high‑value stores.
• Identify gaps, resolve issues and maximise the impact of each visit.
• Report activity accurately and provide market insight.
• Compete to be the top performer and earn performance‑based rewards.
• Provide flexible support during peak periods, launches and key initiatives.

Required profile

• Natural influencer with strong commercial instincts.
• Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
• Confident communicating with everyone from store staff to managers.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail, FMCG or field‑sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive are paramount.
