Finance Manager – High‑Growth Premium Fashion Brand

About the role

This newly created Finance Manager position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing premium fashion brand. Reporting directly to the Founder and Directors, you will provide financial leadership and commercial insight across the business as it expands internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder, Directors and senior leadership to support the company’s growth strategy.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Develop financial models for new product launches, international expansion and strategic investments.
• Deliver commercial analysis to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Own cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, board reporting packs and performance analysis.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain robust financial controls and continuously improve finance systems and processes.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams such as merchandising, supply chain, marketing and ecommerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving profitability and supporting rapid growth.
