Finance Manager

About the role

This Finance Manager role sits at the heart of a growing, multi‑site service business in Birmingham City Centre. You will own the finance function, partner with senior leadership and provide the financial insight needed for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations across multiple sites.
• Produce accurate month‑end accounts and meaningful management information.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support commercial planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Collaborate with operational teams on performance improvement projects.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
• Strong background in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to work closely with operational and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi‑site or service‑based environment is desirable.
