Finance Manager – Path to Finance Director

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager who is ready to take the next step towards a Finance Director position. Based in Birmingham, you will join a growing industrial solutions business that values leadership development and offers a clear progression route.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Produce balance sheets, variance analysis, and budget forecasts.
- Lead financial planning and support strategic decision‑making.
- Oversee credit control, receivables management and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director for mentorship and leadership training.
Required profile
- Current Finance Manager or similar experience.
- Proven experience using Sage 50.
- Ability to commute to the Birmingham office.
