Finance Manager, Statutory Financial Reporting & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Statutory Financial Reporting and Compliance team in our London office. The role will support EMEA operations, own key accounting flows across multiple legal entities, and drive process improvements that align with global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the EMEA Accounting team and lead senior‑management meetings on financial statement matters.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for EMEA, ensuring robust review, decision‑making and escalation mechanisms.
• Standardise and continuously improve reporting processes and controls for US GAAP, local GAAP and management reporting.
• Deliver cross‑country projects that embed best accounting and controllership practices.
• Align EMEA accounting activities with the worldwide accounting organisation and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in tax, finance or other analytical roles, with exposure to multiple finance and accounting functions.
• Proven ability to apply KPIs, build financial and operational reports, and drive process improvements through automation.
• Track record of participating in continuous‑improvement projects that enhance controllership.
