Key responsibilities

• Learn and run the full 360 recruitment process.
• Write compelling adverts and head‑hunt niche finance talent.
• Manage jobs and applicants, coordinating interviews and feedback.
• Sell, negotiate and close deals, turning great matches into signed offers.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients in the finance sector.

• Any education or work background – work ethic beats experience.
• Self‑motivation, resilience and a desire to build a career.
• Coachability and a growth mindset.
• Competitive spirit (high‑level sporting achievements a plus).
