Financial Planner – Midlands Advisory Team

About the role

Recruit Wealth, a fast‑growing independent wealth management firm, is looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join its established Midlands advisory team. You will inherit an existing client portfolio while also handling new enquiries, delivering holistic financial advice across the client’s life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Provide comprehensive advice on pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection, estate planning and wealth strategies.
• Balance servicing current relationships with generating new in‑house opportunities.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanning, administration and compliance support teams.

Required profile

• Qualified Financial Planner with a client‑focused mindset.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality financial planning advice.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a quality‑over‑quantity environment rather than a heavily sales‑driven model.
