About the role
Are you an experienced FP&A professional seeking a new challenge in a growing business that invests in its staff? Henderson Scott is partnering with an established East Sussex organisation looking for an FP&A Manager to support its continued growth. The position is hybrid, allowing a blend of office and remote work, and you will report directly to the Senior Leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a small team and lead all aspects of budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Provide crucial financial insight to enable strategic decision‑making across the business.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and influence the organisation's financial strategy.
Required profile
- Hold an accounting qualification.
- Demonstrate significant recent FP&A and commercial finance experience.
