Fragrance Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Fragrance Consultant to represent a globally recognised luxury fragrance brand at our Bluewater store. The role involves delivering personalised fragrance experiences, driving sales and supporting high‑profile product launches in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with confident, traffic‑stopping interaction and storytelling about fragrance collections.
• Provide expert advice on scent layering, profiling and product selection.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Support new product launches and brand activations.
• Maintain high standards of counter presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Fragrance Consultant or in luxury beauty retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, sales‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and peak trading periods.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of fragrance products and the ability to convey scent profiles.
