Front of House Lead

About the role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Front of House Lead to drive guest experience and manage the reception and Guest Services Hub in London. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure seamless coverage of reception and guest‑facing duties, managing rotas to align with VIP events and business activities.
• Maintain high standards in meeting rooms and guest areas, overseeing cleanliness, presentation, and visitor‑facing technology.
• Provide a warm, courteous welcome to every visitor, handling enquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
• Conduct excellence audits, enforce SOPs and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Support administrative tasks using visitor management and booking systems, and communicate updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Outstanding customer‑service mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, especially under pressure.
• Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when dealing with VIPs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience of visitor management systems such as Asure and Corrigo.
