Full Stack Developer

About the role

Join a high‑performing Scrum team at Version 1, a leading technology services provider. You will help design, build and maintain secure, scalable full‑stack web applications that support our clients' AI‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support full‑stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React/TypeScript.
• Build and integrate clean REST APIs following maintainable architecture patterns.
• Design, optimise and migrate PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including Large Language Models and agent frameworks, into client solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write high‑quality code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Manage source code with Git and operate CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices for security, testing and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Self‑starter who stays ahead of emerging technologies.
• Financial services or capital markets exposure is a plus.
