About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Full Stack Developer to join a five‑month contract delivering enhancements to a pensions platform. The position is based in Birmingham with two days on‑site each week, allowing flexibility for the remaining days.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full‑stack Microsoft‑based solutions.
- Support the ingestion of scheme calculation data from Excel into the pensions platform.
- Handle large, complex financial datasets to improve reporting speed and calculation accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable platform improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Microsoft full‑stack development.
- Background in pensions or complex financial services environments.
- Experience working with high volumes of financial data.
- Ability to work on‑site in Birmingham two days per week, with some flexibility.
Required skills
- Microsoft full‑stack development (e.g..NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server).
- Advanced Excel for data ingestion and manipulation.
