Global Marketing Manager – Financial Institutions (Temp)

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a temporary Global Marketing Manager to lead the marketing agenda for its Financial Institutions practice, focusing on Payments & Fintech. The role will work closely with practice and sector leaders to translate commercial priorities into a high‑impact marketing roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and drive the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the Payments & Fintech sector.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan and execute thought‑leadership, flagship events, executive visibility, partnerships and internal communications.
• Orchestrate BCG’s presence at key industry events, managing audience strategy, invitee targeting, cross‑team coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage publication pipelines, collaborate with authors on storylines, and oversee content distribution.
• Elevate senior leaders’ market presence through LinkedIn activation and executive visibility programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across North America, Europe and APAC to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Lead and coach junior team members, including interns, and provide data‑driven performance reporting.
