Graduate Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Full Stack Engineer to join our fast‑growing fintech team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career developer who wants hands‑on experience across both backend and frontend development in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to frontend features with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Work on tickets and sprint‑based tasks, supporting cross‑functional product and data teams.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Suggest improvements to development processes and product features.
• Support future mobile and platform initiatives as the team evolves.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career software engineer.
• Experience with Python (academic or commercial).
• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred).
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend development principles.
• Familiarity with relational or non‑relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
