Graduate Marketing Executive – Property (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate with a passion for marketing to join a well‑established property business in Manchester. This hybrid position offers four days in the office and one day remote, providing a solid foundation for a career in digital and property marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support organic social media on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Produce photo and video assets for properties and locations.
• Assist with video and photography shoots and apartment‑dressing projects.
• Design social media graphics using Canva and CapCut.
• Maintain property listings and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and compile reports.
• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trends.
• Provide general marketing administration, CRM updates and proofing of creative assets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to build a marketing career.
• Creative eye for visual content and strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator and effective team player.
